I mean that when I go through the last step to use tocupdater. tools->tocbinupdater--> file --> Checkpcconsoletoc.bin  then don't see it checking the .bin file.  I hope that makes sense. 

if this is your first time modding the game, i still suggest you follow the instructions in the link at the top of the post, if you do not, it can cause errors.

 

As for the toc.bin, Otte was right in where it is located.  you do have to navigate to the location of the PCConsoleTOC.bin. once you navigate to it and click on it, the program will run a scan and it should come back with an update, click ok, and it should be good.

What comes up in the Debug window? (you can save the info from that window)

Have you disabled your PC security/Firewall as this can block ME3Explorer?

You'll want to use AutoTOC for basegame. It's under Tools, then go under File, browse to the location of the basegame TOC ( ..\Origin Games\Mass Effect 3\BIOGame\ )select it and hit Save. That should work.

It has to be praised and thanked by those that use mods. I am glad I helped some way  because right now all I can do is thank and support mods. I was banned from the nexus without warning or anything! One day I am fixing some things on my mods, i log in later that afternoon and i was banned!

 

I never quit modding, I went to Deviantart,com and I was uploading mods there till a bunch of people started stealing them and claiming them as their own so i took them down.  Otte told me that I should upload here, so I decided to give this site a whirl! Thank you for the post! I am glad you were able to find me! I hate moving around so much! I am very lucky to have friends that post on different places where i am hiding lol! thank you for stopping by!

I will ask anything if I have any questions.  I just hope  when I mod just to get basic things going.  I might have to work my way up to modding Mass Effect but it'll be fun when I do.

lol, i know what you mean about having space!! I had to go out and buy another TB of space on an external hard drive! I am lucky in a way right now because my 3dsmax is acting weird and I cant mod if things arent exactly how i like it to be, i guess that makes me OCD lol. owell! I am glad you have found a few things! thats even better! I hope this is my last move as well.  It would be the best outcome for sure!

no the ash armor doesn't have a helmet.

you can use a coal file called mother of all mods, that unlocks the helmets from the armor, or you can change the helm to the breather mask i have, or change that helm to the glasses i have.  the mother of all mods (MOAM) is a coal file that you use that gives you all kinds of outfits unlocked and helmets unlocked and it is really a must have.  if you need help finding it, let me know, i will try to get the link for you, but if you type MOAM you should find in in yahoo search easy

I really like the MOAM mod, for the reasons you listed and the fact you can wear custom outfits as armors as well.

Thanks! i agree, its really awesome, especially for someone who isnt familiar with changing the coal file on their own i used it before i learned to make mods, so it was really awesome to have so many armors also the extra stats it gives your armors are awesome
