Had a gold game I dropped into last night and it started with the noise of bullets whizzing past and when I did spawn in was surrounded by all manner of collectors all lining up with their melee attacks swishing around my face. Think I used two ops packs and a rage gel just getting to a place I could grab a breath...

 

Had one later with an AFK'er...got 2 revive medals...lol.

 

This has happened to me so many times. The worst - in my opinion - are the sync kills upon spawning in, mostly by Banshees.

I've been abomination grabbed, marauder elbowed, praetorian beaked, you name it upon entering a game.  However still the worst feeling as you are waiting to join and can hear the sound of the game is the 'player down' comment by the narrator.  The worst one I had was entering to see 3 skulls strewn about the map and me being beaten on in the lzone.  I escaped, did a good job of finishing the wave only to see the graphic come up....'wave 2 beginning'.
