Thanks! Looks like it includes squad medals and not just individual medals. Now I'll never know how good I am!

 

Need to check in game later but from what i recall, i don't think team medals are included. Or else my medal tally would not be always lagging waves completed

I just assumed it did because otherwise the stats mean I'm averaging about 12 medals per game (~2500 medals in 205 games). That doesn't seem right. I just assumed it is also including squad medals.

 

edit: er, I might be totally misinterpreting what my sheet says. The challenge is "earn 5000 points from medals" and it says I have 2497 "points." I assumed points were medals but maybe not?

You're getting 12 medals per game because its silver and gold medals.

Bronze medals = 1 point

Silver medals = 2 points

Gold medals = 3 points

yep, looks like that's it. didn't understand how the challenge worked. I was looking at my sheet at n7hq rather than the challenge progress thingie in-game.
