Need a bit of help with Uncle FB's NPC primer. (Lightkeeper...)

I've used the NPC stuff that Uncle FB did many times, for having people working and generally just doing stuff, and it is a stone cold work of genius!
But I'd never had call to use the Lightkeeper.
My campaign is based around a city, and the main area is pretty big.
I considered having it duplicated, one set at night, and the other at day, for various quest related reasons, but eventually settled on using the day/night transitions.
Because of this I would like to use the on/off lights that the NPC Lightkeeper offers, but I just can't seem to get my head round how it works...

Ideally I want several lightkeepers to walk the various quarters of the city, as one would probably take all day.

I tried it with one keeper and two lights just to get it running, but he just sits there...

What do I need to?

So, now it's not only lightkeepers I'm having and issue with.
For the first time, I've bothered to have NPC's using Uncle FB's scripts and variables move between locations to do their stuff.
A lovely elven druidess, who potters about her home, and occasionally nips out to tend the bushes... but also has this really annoying habit of dropping scale mail and longswords round the garden, and leaving spoons all over her house.

I pretty much KNOW I've done something wrong, or missed something somewhere but is this a recognised glitch with an easy solve?

The items cropping is a known bug for walking between waypoints and was not satisfactorily fixed before FB stopped supporting the scripts.

It worked in some instances and not in others. It's going to need a scripter to fix that one :(

The lights I've never used because, for me, it has never seemed worth it. For that additional resource and stress the player has to be in town and in sight of the npc for just a few seconds in any day cycle. Chances are they will not be focusing on that, so I would use the sls scripted lights to turn on and off to give you as much impact imo.

Sorry not to be helpful.

I'd wager that pj156 knows more about the Uncle FB scripts than anyone else in the community, including Uncle FB at this point.

Cheers guys,
serves me right for running while still learning to walk.
I'm in no position to resolve scripting issues...
I'll knock the idea of the lightkeeper on the head, it was a vanity play anyway, and I'll see if I can't solve the clumsy druid thing by just replacing her with variants till it works or drop it if it doesn't.

Just leave the lights on I always do and you can't really see them in the daytime unless you get a bit over zealous with the intensity and range settings.
