Just giving credit where credit is due here.

I have played all 3 of the Mass Effect games and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it, even the elevator rides in the first one lol. To me these games are literally some of the best I have and will ever play. They just kept getting better and then !!! Multiplayer!

Thanks to the entire Mass Effect developer team, and an extra thanks to the MP developer team that provided us with such an amazing MP experience, not to mention all of the free DLC that I hope against hope will be in ME4.

I bought ME3 a few months after it's release and despite taking over a year hiatus from the game (just repurchased earlier this week) it has provided me with a top notch gaming experience.

The game is so good that I have convinced not 1, not 2, but 5 of my buddies to get it, and they all love it as well. The most recent being somebody I play NHL14 with who is extremely picky with video games, but he isn't putting it down any time soon!

So while there will be no more content, and the devs themselves may rarely pop onto these boards (I think?), to you I say KUDOS! and Thank you for providing me with one of the best gaming experiences ever.

Can't wait for ME4, anyone have any idea/guesses when it will be released (or if it will)?

I agree. I've dumped more hours into this game than I have almost any other game. Mostly enjoyable.

For my part, make that just "any game"  :)

Yeah I hear a lot about how the ending was bad/rushed. I honestly played MP for months before doing the story mode. When I finally did get around to doing the story mode I wasn't disappointed at all. I did it on insanity (because let's face it, after doing gold and platinum in MP, insanity on SP is pretty easy).

I thought all the single player for all 3 were fantastic and I am usually strictly an MP guy.

I rather liked the ending in ME3, especially that part at the end with the child looking at the stars with his grandfather (or something?).

Besides, gameplay trumps story IMO.

And you know that all the posts are ME3 related how? BioWare do make other games you know, and I apparently post a lot of spam too.

C'mon Boogie... You know it's a great game, despite its many imperfections and flaws ;)

You, and we, wouldn't still be playing it after 2 years if this wasn't the case.

There are lots of problems, bugs, glitches, and very annoying "features", but they are way more than balanced by the general awesomeness of the game :)

I might talk harshly at times, and be annoyed by several things, but I can still keep things in perspective and say that the whole ME series was overall... Absolutely stunning, and that ME3 MP was maybe the jewel of the crown for it.

So many thanks to all the dev team. Especially those wonderful ones that kept interacting with us. On the off chance you guys take a look here... Thanks :)

Lol. Of course I love it. I wouldn't put ~2k hours into something I didn't love.

Agreed. The Mass Effect series is a fantastic achievement. Easily one of the best game experiences of all this time for me.

God....feels like years since I just sat down to play something else. You did good, devs, you did good  :)

The only other game I have played more of since buying ME3 is the NHL hockey series, but that's because I am Canadian lol.

Honestly that dev team at EA Sports NHL could learn a lot from the dev team here. They are awful at communicating with customers, and keep releasing the same game with minor tweaks every September. More over they refuse to acknowledge/fix glitches and bugs that have been in the game for 5 years.

ME3 dev team, please go talk to your counterparts in the EA sports NHL division, and teach them a few things.

If the MP technology wasn't from the 20th century, it'd have been a truly great MP experience.

But yeah...great game :)

ME3 multiplayer redeemed ME3.  ME3 had some very good parts to it but some huge disappointments as well.  ME3 mp gave me a lot of hours of good playing time.  The good thing is that with the success of me3 mp I think ME4 mp is going to be a full notch higher up in many ways.

Mmm...Multiplayer is just like a side thing for me. I invest more of my time within the Single Player much more than the Multiplayer which explains my crappy UR levels. But I <3 my URs.

There should have been an elevator based MP map.

I loved the single player game, the ending was regrettable and kind of put a cloud over the whole three game experience for a while. That had more to do with it just being so ridiculous and inconsistent with everything we had seen in the Mass Effect universe more so than the ending just not being to my liking.

Multiplayer itself was a great add on and extended the game's life a lot. There were glitches, bugs, and bumps along the way but overall it was a positive experience that ate a good 2000 plus hours of my life.

Yeah those elevator rides on the original Mass Effect were so much fun.

Between ME3 (2000+ hours) and Civ V (1100+ hours), a full time job and a long-tern partner ... ain't got time to sleep O_o

I love the crap out of this series. MP in 3 made me like it even more. I think my MP hours have finally trumped my SP hours. Which is damned impressive imo. Last time I sunk this many hours into a game was RE 5 and Halo 3.
