What's the difference between fear and terror? Yes terror is more severe but its still the same essential thing and the two demons look different enough I would of assumed they were different types not the same type of demon at different power levels.

 

I hope the hunger demon finally gets its own form.

Nightmare demon, looking at the Fear demon, I've seen enough hentai to know how this is going to end.

Fear demon...I've developed a phobia towards Slender Man and Terror reminds me of him to a uncomfortable degree.

I wonder if demons have similar polls. They crap their pants each time my character enters their realm... that's why they scream so much.

I find most demons a joke in Dragon Age but would love something like the ME3 Banshee.

I'm going to say I would rather face the fear demon.  I'm assuming the nightmare demon might have something to do with the fade, and I would like to avoid the fade as much as possible.  After DA:O, I don't think anything could ever make me want to go back to the fade even for a second...

I've got some bad news for you on that one...pretty sure we'll be going to the fade a few times since we have to close these veil tears...

They both look creepy, though I'm not sure what the difference would be between a Fear and Terror demon. Those emotions are pretty closely linked. The Fear demon reminds me of that thing from Pan's Labyrinth.

 

If I had to pick one to fight, it would be neither! I'd pick a Rage demon, since they're basically orange blob monsters.

Of those two, the fear demon. I personal like the poetic imagery of the hero fight a pride demon though.

I think lots-of-legs is going to bother me more (fear demon) because its vaguely spiderish, and anything remotely like a spider makes me want to run and hide. I actually have to force myself to play through giant spider patches in games, and I almost broke my 3DS playing Zelda because a spider dropped down when I wasn't ready for it and I promptly squeaked and threw it. I am a little bit of a failure at spiders.

I would prefer no demon at all. And besides I don't know how big the fear demon is, if he's shorter than the terror demon I would pick him.

If I could be a demon, the fear one. Kinda like a mix between Pan's Labyrinth and Predator.

Terror's extremities would likely be major weak points, so I'd go for that one.

I liked the terror demon better when it was a nightmare demon. Wonder why they renamed it. I also wonder what other kinds of demons we'll see since they're pouring into the mortal realm. Maybe we'll see misplaced spirits that will help us out? A spirit of modesty would be interesting.

 

As to the question...why not both at the same time? I like a challenge.
