Do you think we can change the inquisition banner hopefully we can it would be pretty lame if we can't of all the talk changing things And we can't do something that simple it would suck

The symbol of the Inquisition is almost certainly locked in.

 

That being said a feature where you could select your own heraldric symbol and colors in a future DA title would be cool. The game Mount and Blade had a similar feature, where you could choose your knight's sigil and colors from a list and have it appear on your tabard and shield.

I think changing the symbol of the whole 'Inquisitors Eye thing' would be rather weird to do since it's established in lore and is shown off all over the place. Though I remember it being said that we could at least change the colors of it so then we're not always red/black? I'm not sure, I haven't seen a confirmation and really need to find a quote from a dev putting it in stone.

 

Maybe in a future game, if they go along the ideas of you're starting your own faction (not like the Inquisition, as in a brand new one. Since the Inquisition actually has been around since DAO in a codex) like Han said above.

Maybe a sub banner with your Heraldry on it but not the main banner with the Inquisition symbol,
