This is kind of random and obsessive, but does anyone have a link to gameplay footage for the end of the "N7: Cerberus Attack" mission where Shepard runs outside and watches the cannon fire and the ship get toasted?  According to the Mass Effect Wiki, it's possible to do and see this, but I always forget and don't have a good save to go do the mission again.  I couldn't find anything on YouTube.

I've always liked laser cannons and think this would be neat to see.

You can see the cannon firing, and I'm pretty sure it's just a giant, powerful mass accelerator and not a laser, but you only see the hologram of the ship going offline, sadly.

Are you on PC? Here's a shortcut if you know what I mean: open Biop_SPTowr N7 There's a bunch of videos on youtube, but I have never seen a ship get toasted just the cannons firing....

All you see is a bright flash. Nothing like what Cortez describes.

After you give the coordinates to Cortez, you can run out and look to the sky and see a flash of light indicating the ship has been hit.

This topic is a couple of weeks old, but just in case the OP is still curious, this is what it looks like when the Cerberus Cruiser is shot down. As you can see, it doesn't amount to much.

Ah, planetary cannons... can only shoot in the direction the planet points them and have to overcome their own gravity well just to put a projectile into orbit.

The pinnacle of planetary defense!
