As far as I can tell, if you want the store to give you shotgun amps, you need to deceive it into thinking that they are the thing you need the least, and will be annoyed at having so many of the useless things.

 

I can't tell you how to achieve the deception, though, otherwise I wouldn't have a truckload of SMG amps myself....

Well to be fair Deerber, my lowest is like 207 Sniper 3's. 

 

Edit: I was wrong, it is 209. Shotgun is 222.

It is quite weird that PC players, who hax, cannot stock them, while xbox players, who don't, can XD
