I'd gladly trade some of mine for some AR amps of any description - I'm always low on those. Got oodles of Shotgun amps though

I can relate, shotgun amps are also the true ultra-rares of the game for me. My first preferred alternatives are Pistols (Talon, Paladin) or ARs (Harrier, Lancer, Saber, Falcon, PPR).

Use lvl 1 shotgun amp instead, I suppose OP didn't run out all of them?

 

I think I have one level 1 shotgun amp and one level 2 shotgun amp left atm...

I have been hoarding Shotgun Rail Amps for over a year and still have less than 25 total.

I get every other type of weapon amp quite frequently. Store refuses to give me shotgun amps. I have to buy 10+ spectre packs to get one, most of the time.

Meh claymore  . Not a big fan of it, outside of a handful of characters.

 

I use targeting VIs every now and then. But I get 4-5 of every other amp (incl. targeting VI and strength enhancer) before getting one shotgun amp. I have stopped using amps when I use shotguns in PuGs these days.

 

I use almost every type of amp these days but the store is one big troll when it comes to giving me SG amps.

Sure. Best weapons in the game. But they're obviously even better with a +30% damage bonus.

Is it not sad that the shotguns with no amps are still overall the best weapons in the game, even when putting amps on everything else?

 

I mean, I still have 10 lvl 1's and 2's, and 15 lvl 3's, but that's because I'm too scared to use them cuz I'll never see them again. Even with that stock, you know how many Platinum games I've run a naked Crusader in??

 

 

Are recruit packs the most efficient way to get lvl 1 and 2 things of these? It almost seems more worthwhile than PSPs, even though my manifest isn't maxed...

I'm always out of (or down to a few) Shotgun amps, since I almost always use the Venom.

 

I think I literally don't have a single one (not a I, not a II, not a III) currently on Xbox.

Reading those German words reminds me of the time I had to introduce my Lebensabschnittgefährter to the Donaudampfschiffahrtsgesellschaftskapitän   

 

OT:  I never run out of consumables, though I equip level III ones in every match.  I just switch weapon types  

 

Anyway, a shotgun should primarily be used as an omniblade holder, because Rage Mode is where it's at.

I actually find strength enhancers fairly hard to come by, too. I like to use melee kits, but find myself using shotties more often than melee because of the amps.

 

Though I look and see that I have twice as many strength enhancers. For some reason, I am too paranoid to use any of these amps. FREAKIN RNG. Why can't we just spend credits to get the amps we want?

As far as weapon amps go, most of the time I just get Strength Enhancers and Targeting VIs.  I ran completely out of Pistol amps a week ago.  I haven't got a single one in a pack since.

70 million credits and still under 100 of each Cyclonic I and II ... yet 270 Targeting VIs and 265 Stabilisation mods after my last JEP buyout (until they reset back down to 255 again).
