Phoenix Vanguard gave me the most trouble. I wanted to utilize all three powers and even explored alternative Smash options. Now, he's one of my funnest classes.
Burn baby, burn! Which kit (character) uses up the most respec. cards for you?

Paladin stands out -- passive vs. shield mastery.
Justicar as well -- bubble build.
Destroyer -- particularly because most of my URs are low-level so what works and how might change a bit.
GE/GI/GT -- hated the HM overlay initially
Talon -- to Cain or not to Cain.

P.S. There's an A.C. in that hell, but you'll have to out wrestle Saddam himself to use it. Good luck wit' that. Dude's been on an Undertaker like streak since '06.

I do not believe you!(no, not because I'm a sexist)
Yes, I've placed judgement upon you, despite not knowin' a damn thing about you.
Actually, I just wanted to say: that Mr. Burns catchin' the bongos on his skull is hilarious!

I'm only sexist against the Cabal. And Goku and Vegeta playing video games is pretty hilarious too

I don't see how people need to switch the GI build so often. That's some serious min/maxing.
My Javelin build is 6/5/6/6/3. You could easily slap on a shotgun instead, and all you're losing, realistically, is a bit of shields and shield recharge speed... Not that big a deal. Not worth wasting a respec card, IMO. Then again, maybe that's why I always have 3 respec cards, and only use 1 at a time to be sure I always have some spare...
The GI is one of the only characters I really respec anymore. For most of the others I have a preferred build and I stick with it. So I'm never really hurting for respec cards. And I tend to go through phases with the GI, so I'll use a respec and then play Javelin GI for a week or two, then respec and go with Claymore or Talon or something for a while. Not like I'm just respeccing him back-and-forth every other game or anything. And you don't get bonus points for always having 3 reset cards, after all- so may as well use 'em.

I easily used more than 20 Reset Cards on the Cabal trying to figure out whether and how to use Poison Strike. I like to fiddle around with the powers for all my kits so one or two Reset Cards every few days. I use Vet packs to replenish my consumables so have no problem getting Reset Cards. (It also helps to have almost 700 mio in credits.
