I dont know if this has been asked before, but it would be awesome if we could have codes in DA like we had in Mass Effect, meaning that I could create a character and share it by sharing just the code, so anyone can use it.

 

There are a lot of talented people out there that will consume a lot of time generating Inquisitors, and I would love to import one of them creations, being myself a lazy guy.

 

Also, if character creator is released as a demo before, we could be days and days doing this and generating more hype for the game!

This would actually be pretty awesome. As a programmer I know it wouldn't be terribly difficult to do (there could be problems depending on what system Bio uses and whether it stores the information in some encoded text format), but as I am unfamiliar with Bio's system I won't out-and-out say it'd be easy.

I know there are some good images people made but I dont go for premade. Creating ones I like is fun to me and more preferable.

But not sure if will get to see this stuff till later. Right now I would say its a no, considering other parts of mod/codes are closed off. We do have a few more months yet so it can still become possible.

Definitely would like Face codes, especially if the CC isn't particularly good with lighting and angles.

 

Sometimes you get "Really Close" to a non-monstrous face, and only a few adjustments are needed. But it's really quite hard to go directly visual memory alone, so you might wind up making the exact same face over and over, because in the CC angles/lighting it doesn't look like a goblin.

If there's enough options in character creation, then definitely yes especially with the ratial options. We will probably get a lot of people posting codes that look like famous people, I would love the option to copy and paste and play as, say Obama.

I just want one so I can copy it in easily to a computer or something, and then if something happens to my console I can just recreate the character without having to guess.  Though I imagine I will be sharing too.

I loved this feature in ME3 and it'd be cool if DA:I had it as well. I read somewhere that only 30% or so of players customize their characters in an RPG, most probably because it takes time and they just want to dive into the game, and some probably because they can't create a character that looks ok to them. We could create a thread that collected codes and screenshots of our custom characters, for others to use.
