He founded not only the Orlesian Empire; one of the most powerful civilizations in Thedas; but also the Chantry; one of the its most powerful institutions; he saved the Anderfels from the Darkspawn and prevented the Grey Wardens from going extinct or, barring that, losing their headquarters; he was the first non-mage ruler to enlist the aid of the mages against the Blight; he even tried to abolish the Grand Game.
And yet we have no idea what he looked like.
Since we'll be in Orlais, it would not be out of place for there to be numerous busts and paintings and statues of Emperor Drakon in the homes of the wealthy, the Imperial Palace, the Grand Cathedral or even just on the streets of the cities.
