Really not the sort of game that would benefit munch from Oculus/Morpheus support.

Doesn't that only work for games from a first person perspective?
(Not that it makes any difference to me - even first person perspective on a flat screen makes me motion sick, so the Oculus is of no use to me.)

Wouldn't work as it isn't a 1st person game, plus you are controlling multiple characters so quick switching between them in combat could get very nauseating.

I think it would be cool! but not very practical cuz you know DA is a 3rd person game

But yeah, whipping around between characters could be problematic.

I don't think oculus or morpheus will be out any time in the next year....
Morpheus could be out holiday 15 (even eariler but have to wait for E3). Not sure whats going on with Oculus since it was bought out.

I don't think oculus would work very well for this kind of game. Especially when switching party between members.

It wouldn't work.
Not that I really give a damn about the Rift anyway. I hate how it's toted as "virtual reality" when it really isn't. It's literally just two screens right up against your face. It's cool and all, but don't call it something it isn't.

Third person perspective isn't good for Oculus/Morpheus. You just settle for a lower resolution screen and bouts of motion sickness for nothing.
Oculus and it's copies work best in situations where the set can track your head movement to change the camera direction.

Ah well, it seems i belong to the few ones who think, this whole VR-thing is just another wannabe gimmick which claims to change games for all eternity but will likely fail at the end... like it was with move-controler (Kinect, Wii).
Seriously, i don't want to have a monitor strapped on my head. I wanna sit down in my chair in front of my PC-Monitor and use my mouse and keyboard.
And i don't even see, how that should add to or even work with tactical party combat? I can imagine it working with first-person-things like ego-shooter,some action-games or even simulations... but anything with a bit of strategic content? No. For such things you need a good general overview and have to be able to zoom in and out. Moving your head around to see this and that or finding the right ankle... no, no no.
I really don't think Oculus would work well with DAI... it would just make it annoying.
