Do you mean the penalty? Marquez caught him, he stood on his foot. Robben went down dramatically but I think it was still a penalty. Marquez was stupid going in like that in box, especially against someone like Robben.

 

Yeah the penalty situation, not saying it's NOT a penalty as much as i'm saying that very often that kind of thing doesn't result in a penalty either and that i would've prefered something more clear. But what's happened has happened and like i said, i'll take solace in not mucking this prediction up, thank you Robben

That's what kinda bother me, it's a call that might just aswell be nothing and to have something like that decide just isn't how i wanted things to be decided.

 

Its pretty unforgivable that there is no review process for something like that. Yeah, the defender put himself in a bad spot but after seeing the replay that was a blatant dive imo.

Oranje goes through but Greeks go home. It was amusing watching Samaras continually rolling on the ground after contemplating, while falling, which "injured" body part to hold. Especially funny in super slo-mo: "He hit my kneeeeee, er, I mean my thiiiiigh, er no, it was my head after all". He definitely should have thanked the academy after the injury-time penalty with Ivory Coast.
