Yeah but it's Sub-Zero, which is pretty much the face of Mk (Along with Scorpion obviously) so yea of course he was going to be back, not bringing him back would be like a crime.

There must have been riots when Scorp was left out from MK3. 

 

If they can bring Sub-Zero back from the dead as a playable fighter, I have a tiny sliver of hope for a few of the dead characters.

It is what it is. There is still a possibility of someone coming back from the grave as a fighter but it's most likely Liu Kang.

I really wanted to get serious with MK9 but the style of executing combos (where you have to, like, queue up the motions?) kind of burned me out. That and the negative edge ****ing me over with Nightwolf combos. I'll have to make amends and get my hands on Injustice before MKX releases.

I wonder if it will have any effect on the playable characters, maybe with new costumes or even alt. versions of them as unlockable characters??? After you finish the storyline

 

For some anyway, Scorpion doesn't age so it wouldn't happen with him, but Sub-Zero can (unless he came back by becoming a ghost, like Scorpion) and I'm assuming that Cassey Cage girl can too

I wonder if this Sub-Zero is the older brother or younger brother, and if either one how did he regain his humanity?

Really liking that Cassie Cage looks like a mix of Johnny Cage, Sonya Blade, and Kurtis Stryker.

Yeah, I noticed she did a shadow kick and I'd guess she'd have the kiss of death stun move. I also saw that her Hollywood style had her dad's nutcracker move.

None that I've seen, I'd guess we might get Kai but he isn't really new.

 

Kotal Kahn does seem to be a good edition, and a reference to War Gods.

MKX is really looking good. As someone who is more of a SF player, I'm feeling the hype with the new MK. Current gen consoles need more fighters Injustice had been getting lonely on my PS4 for sometime.

I saw, the usage of "Specced" kombat kharacters is a great idea. Can't recall the last time that was done before in a fighting game o.O Kano is a damned badass this time...not that he wasn't already. I was tempted to stick with Raiden, but Kano's got a neat pugilist style. Also, killer eye lasers. At least it provides incentive for various strategies as the same characters. Not sure if he'll be my go-to guy depending on the full roster, but I'll be giving him a try. They've got the animations and audio down well.

I hope Skarlet makes a comeback. She's one of the few glitched characters left that don't have any storyline if not the only one. Please let Kahn die for real, he plays the villain's role for way too long, time to let someone else have a chance. I don't think Johnny Cage and Sonya will make an appearance since they're like to be in their 50s. Tanya needs to make an appearance in this game though, we don't have a lot of deceptive cowardice female characters in Mortal Kombat.
