Recently I have had issues with factions doing odd things. Specifically hostile going after non hostile.

I understand the faction table and it is set up correctly, if fact, until recently it worked in play testing just fine. Now it does not.

I have never seen a faction table outside of a campaign folder for there to be one overriding the campaign so I am wondering why this behavior would have changed. Perhaps there is another that is causing the issue elsewhere.

Bearing in mind this is the same campaign in which the Journal stopped working part way through the build.

It's a touch stressful. I have got round the journal issue by giving the entries to one of the npc's but working round the factions is a pain in a number of encounters.

Hi Peter.

I had the same issue half a year ago I think and it was an override issue. I don't know which file extension is the functions in a module folder, but searching and deleting it did the work.

There is a possibility that because of our method of keeping track of our CCs, extracting them and placing in the campaign folder, that there is some left over file in one of the haks extracted, therefore the game chooses that one as the primary instead of yours since factions are module based and campaign overrides module?! This is taking it too far... but who knows.

Okay, I will delete the module Fac files and see if that helps, Thanks Andy,

Search the campaign folder for fac files maybe. I guess... you shouldnt delete the module ones.

I meant... for me it was override. I didn't touch the module ones.
