The score would probably have been higher if it was a different reviewer at IGN doing it - Erik Brudvig tends to ascribe hardware failures to the software in question and detract points for problems nobody else ever has.

9.6, very impressive and another high score. Just shows how great the final product is.
You should read the comments, they are full of PS3 fanboys coming up with excuses like IGN being biased cause ME2 got a higher score than Uncharted 2. *sigh* I hate fanboism.
