DAO had same number. Even 1 more if you count Dog in. Why wouldn't they bother to check numbers first before saying something?

I wonder which one needs to check his math skills - Mark himself or someone from the 'Escapist'..

yeah, in term of raw numbers there are more in DAO. You can't have more than nine at the same time, and they might've not counted dog though

Still, that does not give DAI 'the most of any Dragon Age game to date'.

No one told us that we're guaranteed to have all 9 in our party at the same time anyway. DAO has 9 recruitable characters total and the Dog, which is also a character and a nice combat unit too (unlike DA2 summoned pet).

Remember the demo I posted yesterday? That's the extended part to the first part shown yesterday. It's relatively spoiler free if you watched it with the audio off, but it shows off a recent announced location.
Skill tree confirmed in DAI:
Warrior: sword and shield, two-handed, Battlemaster, vanguard and Reaver.
Mage: Spirit. Rogue: dual blades.
Each skill tree shown has at least 10 talents/passive/sustained/upgrades, though the latter are less compared to DA2.

Any word on this exclusive content for the Xbox One? Is it timed exclusive or is it 100% exclusive to the Xbox One? That would suck cause I already pre-ordered the collector's edition for the PS4 and it would suck if I am screwed out of story content for a story driven game.

It's time exclusive, and it'll be only on the first dlc, not every they'll possibly release.

There are almost no spoilers beyond what is already known - there is a mage-templar war going on and you fight dragons

Not much new in term of gameplay. They talked a bit about the tactical camera, the open world and the reactivity of the areas (if you conquer Some strongholds the area will become populated by your men, and if you kill hostile animals pacific ones will come in their place).
It mentioned an area already revealed and its plot, but there's nothing else spoilerific.

other than sexualities, there are some LI that will b race restricted, and some race/gender combo might have less romances then other combos
