TIme are resources? A same sex romance DLC would be far easier and faster to make than a new world; everything is already in the game! They just have to reedit some dialog and cut scenes, and BAM! Instance money. And they always package with something else; they could have a Mars DLC and allow a free download of same sex romances if you get the Mars package.
