So I did a playthrough as a human noble, and I got to the part where you choose to support either Anora or Alistair for the throne. I was kinda curious what happened if you married Anora and became king though, so saved before I made the choice, then I had a save where I supported Anora, and one where I married her to become king. So I beat the game just supporting Anora, and everything was fine. But when I beat the game with the save where I married Anora, everything was screwed up. Anora was talking through Alistair's body at the corronation after the battle, and then she dissapeared and thin air was talking to me. Then, when I was free to move around and talk to all my party members, Anora was completely gone but Alistair was there, totally normal. It was a real buzz kill.

Did this happen to anyone else? Anyone know how to avoid it? Oh, and I did that dark ritual thing with Morrigan if that has anything to do with it.

this didnt happen to me, but i had a similar bug at redcliffe castle on my first playthrough. i told teagan that i choose to sacrifice isolde, he told me okay, go tell her. but she was gone, nowhere. in my time searching for her i stumbled upon connor, who then transformed into the desire demon and i was forced to kill him which is not what i wanted to do.

after teagan is narrarating the events that happened, i kid you not as its in my convo log, at one part he says that connor is dead, the warden needed to kill him to get rid of the demon or whatever...and then the next thing he says is "isolde sacrificed herself to save connor's life". wtf m8?

seriously though, there is some glitchyness in this game. but i somehow doubt this is anything new, and has probably already turned into a wave of meme's.

My ending for my first complete game (my only complete game so far) was thoroughly bugged. I saved both Alistair and my pc, he was there alive - and when I got to the epilogue he was dead. I had to redo it four times to get the 'right' ending. Fortunately, I'd made a save right before the doors to the roof.

I tried doing it over, and over, and over again. But it never worked right.
