I pre-ordered my CE (360) on December 28th and right now I'm looking at my order summary where it has a product sku and order number. I remember when I first pre-ordered it, EA debited my account the money but a few days later, that money was put back in. I mean, I don't know the details, but after EA supposenly took my money, I had like $8 in my account, and a few days later I had $100, weird.
Anyways, I see that on my order summary it tells me that :
Well I did that but I get this message:
- Look up your order either through “View recent order history and purchase details” link at the top of the page.
No orders were found
Mind you that I'm logged in and everything!
The only explanation I can come up with is that EA just totally screwed me up hard. Somewhere in their system they somehow "Accidently" cancelled my order OR, my order never really fell through in the first place, which is why my account was mysteriously credited back the exact amount that I had paid.
ME2 CE for the 360 is no longer available to order on the EA Store so it isn't like I can just re-order it. Plus it is 12:28AM EST so I cant call a customer service support agent so I'll have to wait til 10AM EST to call but I can't wait that long because I'm really nervous now and I really can't sleep. Worst case scenario is that they DID F up my order by accidently cancelling it or just not fully processing it. If that is the case, I'm looking on Amazon.com and I see that they have ME2 CEs for the 360 still available but I don't want to order that now until I find out officially what has happened....but I cant do that until 10AM tomorrow mourning....or should I say 10AM later on today (Since it is technically Saturday here in NC).
Anyone else experiencing the same thing? Has anyone experienced this from EA store? Did EA Store just screw me over?
