Mass Effect 1:
- You could only talk to them on the Normandy for one. Although their comments in certain situations helps to build atmosphere.
- They only updated what they would talk about after you finished a main storyline quest or a personal sidequest
- The lack of depth in character like Garrus, Tali, and Wrex (others like Joker also)
So is there any news on what kind of format the relationships are based on? Is it closer to Mass Effect and is fairly linear or is closer to Dragon Age where its basically all the options are based solely on your relationship status with them, which thru gifts could get very high very fast i found. I personally would prefer a much deeper version of ME1's progression as Dragon Age progressed much too quickly and left me feeling like i really hadn't spent any time with them at all as i've exhausted everything they would ever talk about in about 10 minutes.
(With dragon age, solely based on the coversations that YOU instigate, i am not really counting in-game story progressions - where they start a convo with you)
