If you don't count where she actually says that Morrigan isn't her daughter. Investigate Morrigan next time you talk to her after bringing the amulet to the summit. Hawke will ask "Who is this Morrigan? Your daughter or your enemy?" and Flemeth will reply "Neither, is she".Nothing Flemeth says indicates she may not be Morrigians mother. Added, the issue is that with the hut is based on the fact of narrowing down when Morrigan was born , the fact she is doing something she does not want Logan to see and the fact she knows about Marc's family past.
A conversation is not something need to do over night in a hut.

Characters can lie. The character is only addressing the player character, not the player.

She does not say that. She says"Nether is she". https://www.youtube....OzyRw46Ao#t=132 @2:12
What that mean is that Morrgan does not know whether to act like her daughter or her enemy to her mother.

Flemeth isn't Yoda- it was meant to represent Morrigan being unsure of her own safety and her feelings of familial bond to Flemeth, and the fact that she hadn't reconciled that.

Hawke says of Morrigan "I'm not sure if she's your daughter or your enemy." Flemeth says "Neither is she." to indicate that Morrigan isn't sure either.
Did that two days ago.
