All in all though, as you say, Insanity doesn't seem to be as hard as I feared it might be.

Yes.  It's all in the mind, IMO.  I'm baffled at calling this insanity when it's pitifully easy.  I guess I should be glad that it's actually easy! lol.

 

What might help you notice the grenades more is by abusing the pause when you hold R or L.  I use R because I frequently use powers.  Once the time freezes, you can take a good look at the surroundings and decide how to go about the situation.

 

The Med Bay allows you to switch the selected power if you so wish, so you should be able to change it back if you wanted.  Perhaps you changed it to Reave or some other power along the way.

That pause can be really cool, last time I paused I had just been shot in the head and there was a massive explosion of blood in the air behind me, the animation of the blood was still pulsing even though it was paused.

Last mission I was on I noticed that grenades show up on the game pad map too. I need to try and hold it in a way that hopefully means I'll be able to quickly see where it went.

Grenades do appear on the Gamepad map so use that to your advantage.

I try to use that a lot as it's really handy!

Very good platinums today with almirghost, kaidou-San, and alexrenhattori.

I'm still trying to get my achievements synced but N7HQ is being stubborn. It's annoying but eventually, it will happen. I remember doing the same thing to sync the Prothean achievements too and that took a while.

Had a couple of good gold games last night and finished on a platinum. Played with Einstein_08 from Germany, Supunta from Japan(?) and ummm, a guy from Mexico. Saying goodnight at the end went well :-D

I haven't played with Supunta in a long while. He's one of the best I've seen in ME3. I didn't know he still plays.

I hadn't seen him in ages either, was surprised to see him. We had some good games.

Jozyan joined in for s wave or two. Then there was someone called Jordan2. Finally, the Mexican fella arrived.

I was worried at first as he turned up to a gold match showing rank 200(ish) with a level 4 Asari, one level 1 pistol and a level 1 amp for the pistol and nothing else. But, he played fair and did OK. When we went Platinum he switched to a level 20 character and some better weapons and equipment. He finished 3rd placed.

He did make reference to the missile glitch and the money glitch but didn't ask if we wanted to. Einstein said no, no no to glitching anyway, just in case.

Yet again the players showed me up by speaking English yet the only British guy in the room can ONLY speak English.

That's really awesome! I'll always remember my gold match with supunta and his Japanese buddies. I could barely understand Japanese and the entire voice chat session was dominated by foreign language chatter. It was darn fun and we were all laughing at every sync kill that happened. Good times.

That is weird, WiiU is still an option on the drop down when searching for an ID

When I login it says I have an account on PC, PS3 and under WiiU it says "none"

Yeah. No rush. It was a snapshot of what my Shepard looked like at some point. If I'm not mistaken, it's from before Cronos. I'm not too sure now though.

There was an issue with viewing users when you were not logged into the site which has been fixed.

The problem with the WiiU users will take a bit longer to be fixed. It will likely be another couple weeks as the we're waiting on another team to push out a change. Your data is still there, the site just isn't able to view it at the moment if you're on the WiiU.

The fix is going to be in May, hopefully.

Fantastic, I hope that does happen. It's weird that they're still fixing ME3 stuff even now.

The login process has changed, instead of seeing an Origin log in screen it was EA. I know they're the same people but the logo was an EA one and not the Origin one.

I assume they're paving the way for Andromeda. Would they still call it N7HQ for that game and it replace the ME3 stats or would you have both? Perhaps Andromeda will get it's own. Who knows.
