Well Cameron Lee said there would be more hairstyle options than in previous games but he didn't say what they were. I have curly hair myself and it would be kwl to have it in game but I bet it's hard to make hair like mine in the game. I would imagine afro hairstyles and dreds being easier though

Well, on the plus side if all the hair options are egregious again there might actually be some decent hats to put over it.

Personally, I don't give a crap about POC hairstyles because one of my pet peeves in previous games haas been that(IMO) all the hairstyles look like sh*t. I'd settle for even less variety(without specifically excluding anyone) if it meant hair that didn't look like it had been clumped together with bear grease.

It's a catch-all term. Personally, I use it because "black" doesn't really describe me, or my hair, very well on its own. And for me, it's not that I have anything against how my characters of color look with the current hairstyles, it's just that I'd like to see a bit more variety. Just like everyone else, I imagine, only in my case my wishes tend more towards curliness and such.

Then why not say "curliness" ? I realize I might be being pedantic here, but curly hair (or kinky hair) is a feature that's unique enough to be identitfied on its own, no?

I'm all for more hair options in DAI, it just irritates me when I hear people claim that it was impossible to make "PoC" characters in DAO/DA2 when they actually mean something much narrower.

Sadly, curly hair is even harder to pull off with the computer graphics, than the straight one. And straight hair is already pain in the rear :/

I hope there are curly/kinky or at least wavy hair options, and braids not just dreads. Also hope that we get more hair colors to choose from. I love giving my characters candy colored hair and I know that dragon age hair color is usually natural but I just hope there's like a shade of purple or blue in there too. Or at least more variations of blonde to red to brown etc.
