Hey guys,

What happens if you don't do Mordin's loyality mission, what's the consequence in Mass Effect 3?

Will the cure be saved?

Because I want him to die in this lets play, and I want to destroy the genophage data, How can I do that?

There are ways to make him die in the suicide mission while still doing his loyalty mission. There's a great thread here detailing how to arrange that.

If you don't do Mordin's mission, then the cure is considered destroyed, but Shepard does not get the blame for it.

Okay so you are suggesting that I should take him to the vents?

If you don't do his loaylty mission, Eve will die in ME3 no matter what and  to kill him during the suicide mission, there are a number of ways. Have him go in the vent, escort the crew back to the Normandy, during the barrier walk, lead the 2nd fireteam, hold the line and fight the human reaper. I ususally have him die while escorting the crew back to the Normandy. With him being dead in ME2, Padok Wiks takes his place in ME3. A good character.
