I head morphed the mage Alistair argues with at Ostagar when you first meet him. I loaded up the game and was shocked to discover his head was missing. I immediately deleted the morph file and made a new morph. Still no head. Empty, moving robes... I decided that the best course of action was to remove the new morph file for that mage from my override folder, in the hopes that the mage would go back to normal. Nope. No head still. OH TOOLSET!!!!! WHY DO YOU HATE ME SO?! :o

How do I make the head come back?

BTW... Although this is COMPLETELY irrelevant to anything on this forum, I want to know if anyone has played Fallen Lords Condemnation. I bought it for one dollar/ 75 pence/ R10 at a second hand sale. I don't want to start it until I know its okay. I find I waste my time a lot. Please feel free to ignore this comment.

Delete save?
Use save editor?
Loading save which was used before adding the head morph?

Deleting that save would push me back to my origin story. I don't have a save editor. Once more: reloading would bring me back to the origins story.   :crying:

Any particular reason why you're loath to replay from the last autosave or from the origin? Even if you'd replayed from scratch you'd probably have been in the tower or in Lothering by now...

I kind of played the korcari wilds while I was waiting for replies. There is no way I am doing THAT again! I was also very careful to pick up all the chasind trail signs, the mages key, the wilds flower and ser garlen's sword! That took hours. Plus, it's the Magi origin! That one has Irving! And everyone knows how slowly he talks! :o

If you skip an Irving conversation you never know what is happening! He talks a lot in one conversation frame. One second he is talking about some tips to survive the harrowing and one esc later you are randomly in the fade!

What were you doing in the Wilds that it took so long? There are no codexes to read, no conversations. And playing a mage you should be able to breeze through it. I frapsed one of my mages soloing the Wilds on nightmare in half an hour, using only simple and safe tactics and looting every last elfroot. Without completionist lootage and leaving out Gazarath it can be done in half that time, but that requires some fancy fighting. I tried that with the same mage, in order to see whether it could be done within the YouTube limit of 15 minutes. It can, but with complete looting there wouldn't be any time reserves for fizzled spells or enemies resisting just one spell too many. Same for Ishal.

P.S.: playing a character with an unfamiliar fighting style can easily add an hour or so, but a repeat would be faster because you'd already have found your feet. And it would be much easier, too.

Is Chasind Trail signs even worth doing? I thought I've done every quest in the Wilds. I was wrong.

You get a helmet with horns, some cool robes and I think a weapon hidden in a hollow log.

And Rosey, Are you sure you deleted the mage morph from your override folder? It almost sounds like there is more than one morph in there for him (or you are missing textures) OR are you sure you used a human head for his morph?. Do you have Dragon Age Redesigned installed?

Okay, I think I had a blond moment with the head morph. Just to confirm my stupidity: Am I supposed to click "Post to Local"? Because I forgot to... :?

Yep. Make sure that 'Export .mop file" in tab 14 of the Object Inspector is set to 'false'. Then do 'Export>Post to Local'. Depending on where you are having the toolset dump the exported .mor, you might also have to move the new morph into override.
