I have a red controller which I'm not going to touch until ME 2 comes out, and it my copy is in my xbox.  A little thing, but something to mark the occasion.

What are you doing to mark the occasion, large or small?

Well, I may not make it to my lab that day, but at very least I'll be running over to a store I know is getting the PC CE's between classes.

Wearing my N7 tee to work on Monday (hey, if it works as business casual for Shepard it should work for me, right?). Midnight release to pick up my 360 SE copy. Espresso fueled ME2 til dawn. PTO on Tuesday so after a nap, round 2 of caffeinated Shepard fest until sometime after midnight.

I will be drinking and getting my buzz on and I'll make me some Spaghetti! Then I have someone to take me to pick the game up at mid night launch. Then I'll probably pass out a little while afterwards. And in the morning when I wake up, I'll have ME 2  and plenty of left over spaghetti to keep me going throughout the day!

I pretty much did this when I got ME 1 in early 08. I got the game along with a 360, got a little drunk, and then pigged out on spaghetti the next day while I played the hell out of ME. So it's kinda like my own little tradition.

I wanted to get two pictures drawn and colored before ME2, they're supposed to be big and very epic. One for my custom Male Shepard and Tali, the other for my custom Female Shepard and Joker (because I can't stop being lame and pining over him...). My goal is to finish them Monday night at exactly 12am...but knowing how ridiculous my goals are and how bad I am with procrastination...proooobably wont happen...>> Afterwards, plan on staying for several days straight playing this game...can't wait! Haven't had a game binge in forever.

I won't have the game on release day. Mine's coming from Amazon so... yeah.

Because of when I pick up my mail from my PO Box, I'm guaranteed to get it on a weekend. So the question is *which* weekend will I get it. Somehow, I doubt it's next weekend. Anyways, I have 3-4 day weekends typically depending on work schedule, since I do 4 10-hour work days a week. So that's plenty of time to get a good amount of gaming in without taking leave (which I can't afford to do because of a few big trips I'm planning this year that I gotta save it for).

Won't do anything particularly special really...

Get home tuesday from lecture at around 11 am, hopefully it will be delivered early by amazon.

Play till around midnight and then sporadic gaming through the rest of the week.

surprisingly, pretty much the same thing, except mine is black. ill pick it up tuesday morning, then cry as i realize i still have 3-5 business days and 2 for processing to go.
