OP could have worded his question a little better but I hardly think his question itself is stupid.

For me it would be the Krolord because you cant tank with him and basically have to abuse ramps and stairs plus use hit and run tactics

Going back to the point I made earlier...It appears the "elite" players seem to be against this notion of there being harder kits to play than others, but guess what? Not everyone is "elite", and majority of the player base will find certain kits harder to play than others, and in their opinion (as requested in the original post), there will be a hardest kit to play.

I love reading through this and seeing all the Drell answers. 

 

The hardest kit for me to play is any Vorcha class, in the sense that moving the cursor over the character and pressing A/X is literally painful so I refrain from it.

That's true with every single Vanguard out there...

Not really. For example, krogan and batarian vanguards aren't affected as much if a charge whiffs, because they can soak the damage.

Of the kits I play(ed) regularly, I'd say any kit without dodge but especially the turian soldier due to the lack of damage mitigation.

I look at the question this way: if there's no lag in your game and you have to clutch the wave on platinum with say 3 dragoons to go, or 3 phantoms, or 2 banshees, or whatever basically a somewhat difficult group, is there a kit that you feel you couldn't succeed with. Also assume that you have whatever equipment and weapons on that you want.

I've personally never done well with the drelldept. I've seen other do amazing with it, so I know it's just me not putting in the effort to master the kit.

 

I suppose another way to look at it is which kit took you the longest to master. I'd say the Shadow and Volus (Drell aside) take some time to master.

Power Amplifier on the Krolord and the Shadow, and Adrenaline module on the Cabal. Otherwise it's too easy. I haven't tried the melee Fury yet.

I run the power amp on the Krolord too, but I rarely play him. My shadow runs adrenaline module, since I'm a sucker for super speed. However, she's more of a shadow strike/shotgun hybrid.  I find the melee slayer the funnest though as I constantly use the flashy but dangerous heavy melee..

 

Melee Fury is... surprisingly strong. The best part is you don't even have to use a strength enhancer if you invest in melee damage and a shotgun onmi blade.

Yeah, but all the other vanguards have more than 250 base barriers. And I play DV off-host fairly often- I like to live on the edge. Usually ends up with me eating dirt about 3 times per wave, but oh well- I look stylish as hell in my pink and yellow trenchcoat while I'm doing it at least.

'Hardest kit to play' doesn't necessarily equal 'hard kit to play', so of course some kits are harder to play than others. I'll give folk claiming otherwise the benefit of the doubt and assume they just haven't properly understood the OP's question.
