I use the N7 Crusader and am having a lot of fun with the class. The sound of "Muahahahahaha" and those bro-heads given around, priceless.

On a side note, I might have misunderstood the purpose of the topic. Warlord can be tricky for newbies.

Factual observation and condescension are not the same thing. It's amazing that you need that explained to you.

They aren't mutually exclusive either

Talon Merc, Cabal and N7 Shadow. Never got the hang of these. And they are also boring to me so they stay on the shelf.

^ N7 Shadow has been one of my favorite kits to play recently. Let me know when you're online next time and I'll show you why she's fun :D

From my experience, probably the awakened collector power build, phoenix adept.

Those two along with the Cabal were really the last characters I got comfortable playing. When I started playing them a lot all 3 were a lot of fun. But I almost always played the CA and PA with cyclonics so I suppose I'm not playin a "real" powers build

Very true. Getting the hang of juggling those cooldowns is definitely a bit tricky at first. Once you get the hang of it though, such a fun kit.

I'd have to say...

Volus Merc

Vorcha Hunter

Melee Talon Merc

The Volus Vanguard

what do you even do with that thing

Invisible bowling ball?

Anyway, I have to think the Drellguard is one of the most difficult classes to play.  He also has one of the highest potentials for destructive power in the entire game, if you can master the learning curve.

Korgan warlord, because me and melee don't get along. Just never have had any enjoyment out of playing the kit either.

And it's very good stuff.

In my opinion some kits "just click" with some people, and some don't.

For me personally, kits like Drell adept or Quarian Male Engineer (which others have noted they struggle with) are absolutely perfect, and I smoothly go about my business of decimating everything in my path.

On the other hand, a kit like the Cerb vanguard I seem to struggle with, although many people note it's easy.

It could just be that a class clicks with you, or perhaps the build you chose was perfect (or flawed) from the get go, and your results match accordingly.

One of the things about the PV that may make him a little awkward is that unlike most of the vanguards you generally fire a power and then charge

most of the other vanguards play the other way around

charge then nova/PD/grenades

The cool thing about him though is he is probably the easiest vanguard to self BE with as both lash and smash prime and have short cooldowns

Well, this thread went further than I would've anticipated. Anyways, OT...

***

Interesting seeing all the various answers. Bunch I wouldn't have expected (which was rather the point of my asking so, yay)

Drell/Volus I saw coming and agree with. I love drell adept/vanguard but they took, er, "patience" to get the hang of.

Bit surprised to see the Cabal mentioned a bunch, though in retrospect probably shouldn't be surprised.

Shadow... yeah. I've had some damned frustrating deaths on her. I did enjoy the SSless sniper build for her someone posted a while back. Tried that with a post I made months ago called "Hipster Builds". Tried AHless Sniper Fury and Cloakless Asari Inf. Both of which are now some of the more enjoyable kits for me. http://forum.bioware...=hipster builds

Krolord, lol. I don't play him much. I dunno if I'd say he's the hardest but I never really cared for him. Tried a few times, but just not my style. I love mobility. I can see why the big ugly hulk showed up.

Talon Merc I just plain hate. Keybind stealing jerk-face.

^ That was a "hallelujah" moment for me. "Oh... I get it now."

AIU. :?

I dunno why, but I go down a lot with this kit and never seem to use RM at the right time. Also, I never score all that great when I use her which is strange since she is supposed to be so OP (apparently not in my hands). I don't totally suck at using her, but I'm not all that good either. Have tried using the Reegar, Venom, and Claymore. My favorite so far is the Claymore but I'm not great at reload canceling so it slows me down. I've also tried a Melee build but just struggled even more (lots of fun though!).

I struggle with volus, vorcha, krogan and, batarians. I'm not a fan of most soldier, vanguard, infiltrators kits, as I prefer power based kits over weapon based kits, there are a few exceptions though.

That's one way to do it.. I charge then heavy melee or bonus power smash. That guy creates so much damage its absurd.

Any Volus.

Not that it's hard per se, but puging with this kit boosts my e-peen more effective than playing with the Typhoon TGI or Javelin GI.

Yeah he was one of the last kits I figured out, so my build was pretty vanilla. If I had kept my PS3 I probably would have experimented a little more with his HM as a bunch of people said it was quite good. Perhaps if I figure out how to not completely suck on PC I'll give it a whirl. Although the destiny beta comes out in a month and I think that will put an end to my PC delusions of grandeur
