Umm, people talk about how they want to see men ****ing each other. I'm just talking about blood. So excuse me if this is a big issue.

i can understand wanting more gore, ME1 was devoid of anything but the occasional splatter of alien blood, but gears of war? ME2 characters arent pumped with so much steroids that their circulatory system causes explosive decompression at every minor wound; theyre going for realism here.

id say yes, check out the soldier vid, shows a sniper shot causing a good blood splash. no GoW style blood (thankfully), but more than before.

Okay I see what your talking about. I just watched the Soldier vid. Their is definetely more blood this time. At least more than the first.

violence is fine. as long as it doesn't become a Quentin Tarantino film, I don't care what's in ME.

Slow down cowboy. QT's films are some of the best out there. Pulp Fiction, Kill Bill vol. 1, 2, and eventually 3 and 4. Django, eventually Machete, Planet Terror, Grindhouse, and a lot of others. Those are all great films, and I won't have him disrespected. He makes his films like that on purpose.

...You did read the bolded part, correct?
They are great films. I just think he goes a little overboard on certain things. And yes, of course its on purpose. I'm saying i don't want it to get like that in Mass Effect where every cut and nic results in fountains of gore.

I'd say that's more the effect of censorship than the effect of futuristic technology.Pantherr_ wrote...
Well for starters its gonna depend on what type of ammo you are using. If you use the cryo for eg, the target is gonna freeze and/or shatter as they did in ME1. Also its a futuristic space game of course they are gonna have better/cleaner ways of killing. Similar to Star Wars and llightsabers, you rarely saw blood.
