Coming from a game so easy to install mods like Skyrim, Mass Effect is scary :o

I played only with MEHEM installed and headmorphs. Then I found other mods very interested but I'm not sure about the install order. Gathering informations here and there I comiled a small list, but as I'm not sure, I would like to confirm.

Here is what I've got:

From Vanilla ME3

1. Install MEHEM
2. Use Harby Hotfix
3. Install Harby from its installer
4. Install CEM
5. Install Extended Anderson Conversation
6. Install MEHEM to CEM Patch
7. Install ThaneMOD
8. Install ThaneMOD to CEM Patch
9. Run TOC.bin Updater

Can anyone confirm if this is right? My biggest concern is because my Internet connection is not.. "stable" (let's say that to be nice). For example, right now, I uninstalled MEHEM to perform a game repair and it is downloading 1.5 GB again and this is awful to repeat over and over again.

Also, if I may use this topic instead of create a new one, is there anything else? I mean, other mods to enhance game experience or even graphics? But not textures, though, I found them very hard to install.

I can confirm that all you'll need is CEM (full or lite) and the corresponding ThaneMOD to CEM; no need for MEHEM to CEM patch. I should probably make that clear on the site.

If you have the disk space, back up the Default.sfar from DLC_CON_END and DLC_EXP_Pack001 which covers most of the files MEHEM, extended Anderson chat, and Harby changes.
