I hiiighly doubt there will be anything about ME4 for awhile, not while the hype for DAI is on. That would be a horrible marketing move.
I think what we saw is about all we are going to see on the ME front for a while, it was basically a little thing to show that they were working on ME next and on the new IP. They are focusing all of their marketing on DAI which makes sense since it is now just months away from being released.
I'm more intrigued by this new IP they're working on. I love Mass Effect and can't wait to see what the new game is about, but I'd love to have a whole new story set in a totally different universe with entirely new lore to learn about.

Hopefully, there's no trilogy arc to speak of. I kind of hope that they go the Dragon Age route and keep create separate stories for each game, assuming that there's more than one down the line. I wouldn't mind having the same protagonist carry over, but I don't really require that either.

Seriously though, I can understand the scope of ME4 teaser but showing what they showed from the new IP was ummm 
I am more interested in ME than I am the new IP. For me if the setting for the new IP doesn't do it for me than I will not have interest in it. Setting might be the number one thing for me that draws me into any game world.
Talk about hype.
The gaming industry has announcements for announcements, and when they´re on the spotlight they reveal absolutely nothing! Total waste of time. If they have nothing concrete to say or show, don´t do anything. Just come to the public when they have something solid to reveal.

But seriously, why not talk about instead of games closer to completion and give them the much necessary space? ME4 won´t be release in 2014. The new IP won´t be released for 2 years at least. Why not focus everything in making DAI a huge success?
Just take a look at the new mortal kombat video. Even thought it´s short, we managed to extract a lot of info from it. It runs on old consoles as well, it has at least 2 new characters, scorpion and sub-zero have new skin models, the x-ray moves are back and improved, and the fatality violence will return.
