I'm loving this trailer, but did anyone else notice that during that fade opening, you can see right through the Inquisitor's torso?
Also, on a positive note, that's totally Cullen under the lion helmet.
So.... was that Morrigan in her old threads? What is going on?

Yea that was definitely Morrigan. She's still witchy on casual Fridays. I was impressed, but not blown away. I'm expecting to see more at the the EA conference.
I was not really impressed, but it's a cross gen game and DA has never been about the looks. I won't really form a strong opinion till a month or so before release when things are more in line with the final release product.
My overall impression was it looked artificial like I was looking at a game and I knew it.
Things I noticed that I thought were interesting:
What looked to be Morrigan wearing her old threads, standing next to someone wearing lion/Orlesian armor and someone in Inquisitorial armor.
Leliana being imprisoned underneath red lyrium
Leliana (with a bow) fighting what I think were soldiers of the Venatori
EDIT: Oh, and Leliana being threatened with the DA2 murder knife.
I might as well post this here since I posted it intwo other threads. Leliana

This is what I mean when I said it looked artificial in case anyone is wondering.
I enjoyed this trailer more than the last one and the game currently reminds me a lot of Dragon's Dogma for some reason...

Not attacking you for your opinion, im just genuinely curious what you mean by "artificial", to me it looks very lifelike in both aesthetics and movement animations
Goddammit, I thought they would show the new stuff at the EA stream and didn't watch it live. Did they show anything else?
For anyone who missed this!
Thank you so so much! That was so epic!!!! ![]()

I'm starting to think that DA:I should have gone next-gen only.

the models are falling out the picture.
Especially Morrigan's

I can only presume she wears the formal dress once maybe?
Higher quality from the DA channel:

Absolutely 1000%
That's why they delayed the Witcher to allow more next gen systems to be bought up.
People may not be impressed with the graphics but im more than satisfied with them and on top of that the movement animations are looking fantastic. All looks natural
I agree. Besides I'm more concerned with story and gameplay rather than graphics (and the graphics are good enough anyways).
Looks pretty good. I'm really liking the animations, particularly the flips, dives and shooting animations Sera displays.
The only issue I have with the graphics is that the quality of Morrigans skirt is abysmal, looks like a few untextured low-poly blocks have just been stuck to it. Looks more like it belongs on my PS2 than in Inquisition. Hopefully it's just unfinished.
Why do they keep calling these "gameplay Trailer" when they are only partially gameplay?
(edit) the official one doesn't say that so it doesn't matter.
Why do they keep calling these "gameplay Trailer" when they are only partially gameplay?
probably just to reiterate the fact that it's all in-game footage.
About the artificial talk...Yeah, it' something in most of Bioware's games. I don't know if it's their lighting or what, but everything seems plastic.
Why do they keep calling these "gameplay Trailer" when they are only partially gameplay?
Because people who don't know the difference between gameplay and in-engine will think it's how the game will play.
