Companion trailer hardly settling my doom nerves with line about sacrificing all our lives.
Well you know how bioware loves suicide missions! And like Daveth once said “You see, ser knight? We might die, but we'll be warned about it first.” ![]()

Wonder who that guy with the beastly helmet is between Morrigan and the Inquisitor?

Cullen.
Damn, every freaking video, there has to be some brats talking about how much better Witcher is. Are you being intiminated or butthurt, I don't know, but there is no need to feel insecured and posting these kinds of comparison. If Witcher is better then fine, no need to declare it in every video. If Dragon Age is better, also fine. It all comes down to taste and what we personally enjoy.

It will be the albatross on DA's shoulders until the day CDProjekt ever goes bankrupt, may as well accept it now.
I personally like CDProjekt, but their fans are some of the most obnoxious people ever. It's like a bunch of posers who listen to alternative music and can't stop telling people about it. I like CDProjekt, but I don't like their fans, their fans are so unlike CDProjekt.
It's true that I can do nothing about it. It just shows how immature some of the fanbase are, and it question whether they're even old enough to play these kinds of games in the first place.

The fact that it does in fact look better and that they're competing for more or less the same market means that comparisons will be inevitably drawn. No use getting mad at it. Competition is good because it will push CDPR, BioWare, Bethesda, Obsidian to make their games better. If you can't ignore it then it's time to reevaluate the effect Dragon Age has on your life.

Graphically better? I don't really care about graphics too much, but a few differences shouldn't be that big of a deal. and some of the best games are old classics games with crappy graphics anyway. Gameplay? We haven't seen anything significant yet, but I wasn't the biggest fan of Witcher 1 and 2 control. Story? We don't know how both stories will turn out. You should change "the fact" to "I think" because it seems more like your opinion stated as fact. I'm more annoyed than mad. It wasn't just about Dragon Age. The game itself would be the 5th on the list of my most wanted games atm so don't act like you know me. It annoys me everytime people compare a bunch of games ot each other like with Diablo 3 or console war in general. Competition is good, but it's ridiculous taking pride in playing a game they're not making themselves like they need to justify a reason for their purchase.

Oh god don't say that, I really don't need hipster RPG culture in my universe. Ordering a coffee is getting fraught enough.
On topic, while the trailers are interesting, if I weren't already sold on the game I wouldn't see this stuff selling me. Nothing gameplay or graphic-wise is leaping out of me, and from a story perspective it's all very bitty, and I'm not getting a coherent feel for it. Still early days I guess.
Some of the scenes honestly looked like toys on the screen, I really wasn't blown away by the trailer. I like the fact that it seems to be a lot of unique areas in the game to explore, especially after the last game. Other than that I haven't really seen or read anything that has blown me away. I'm going to have to wait I see some reviews and talk to some friends whose opinions I trust. How was the story, how was the combat, player/companion customization, were the areas just big and empty, etc.
Long list of things I need answered before I pick up a copy.
Always see this thing between Witcher series and Dragon Age pop up....and being a fan of both series, games and books, just wanted to add that I think both games latest trailers looked awesome and looking forward to playing both of them!
Who is the guy on the thumbnail? The Inquisitor? Where are they at?
I think that's Solas, and (although I could be wrong) he looks like he's in a Chantry. The way he moves he might be either praying or in pain.

I actually thought that he was dreaming. You know being a fade expert..

Pretty much this. Honestly nothing in this is able to excite me. I'm waiting for Bioware to make it difficult for me to stick to my decision of not getting the game at release, but they seem to be making it easier. The graphics are not bad by any means, but somehow a lot of it looks odd to me. Faces often look overly shiny (especially Vivienne), Morrigan's skirt looks like it's made out of rubber and some environments like they're made out of plastic.
Purple-dyed clothes. She must really be living like a queen in Orlais.
This is Thedas not medieval europe
Yep, I've got shivers. Can't wait for October!
I squealed like a pig when she appeared in her old garb.
Same clothing for over 10 years? This has some pretty unfortunate implication.

It's the robe of possession from Flemeth. Nah.
