do you think that biotic squad mates are annoying because i sure as hell do, yeah sometimes they save your ass by lifting a geth destroyer that was about to run at you but im always a soldier and reckon that NOBODY takes my kills!

Umh, experience is shared in ME, why would you care about who got the "kills"?

It's totally indifferent who kills the target.

They don't really ever "steal" my kills since I control when they use their powers, so if they end up killing someone it's because *I* made them do it, even if they aren't Shepard.



But beyond that, like people have said, you get the same xp no matter who kills the enemy, so it doesn't really matter.

I always have my squadmates on ACtive, so they can exercise a will of their own and not be obedient cannon fodder.

I just care that the mission is completed at best it can be. This isn't multiplayer. Hell, even durin' multiplayer, if it's a team match, it's about the team, not the individuals.

If you're roleplaying a renegade who values personal kill counts you should probably ditch all your team mates or kill them. If you just want to be a stat **** why are you playing a story based game? Borderlands might be for you.

Personally, I like watching them put enemies up in the air so I can blast the crap out of them. I like having my squad active and just seeing what they wind up doing peripherally - it makes it feel like there is an unpredictable element.

I don't think they have ever stolen one of my kills, which is the funny part. I still have to shoot them while the enemies are all blue and up in the air.



Also, I wouldn't care if they did steal all of my kills. The medic playstyle in ME1 was just about sending in your teammates to die and revive them late game lol.

I love my biotic squadmates in ME when I play my medic. Once I see a lift or singularity I toss all kinds of Tech mines in there.

Crowd Control machines in ME1. Should be equally useful in ME2 methinks. An adept partnered with a soldier is a match made only in heaven and on that equally heavenly disk...

I cant wait in mass effect 2 on one playthrough ill have 3 full biotics, will be fun. Samara, subject zero and me as adept.

They kept stealing my epic loot, it was quite frustrating.

Especially when that plate armor finally dropped, damn that Biotic.
