Excellent. Aria T'Loak throw pillow it is then. Not sure what the erotic fascination with a Turian is though. I mean... really? Those guys look to be a cross between a cat and a grasshopper. It'd be like laying with a cricket.
Would that be bestiality or insectiality ?
Lol I'm sure aliens look at us and think "who the hell would want to get laid with that. They're basically pink squishy monkeys".
I have negative shame and can answer that for you though, atleast from a girl's perspective. Turians are 6+ ft tall, are super lithe, have long lean legs, their carapaces make them look like they have broad shoulders/chest, they have tiny waists, angular hips, thigh gap. Aside from their physique, they also have that dual pitch tone thing going on in their voices, and every single male Turian has a deep voice that's masculine and a little raspy.
Everything about them that is physically familiar is like an Olympic swimmer, they're super masculine but not beefy. Everything that's alien though, is part of the exotic appeal I guess, like the fringe, the mouth plate, and mandible clicking. Alien, but familiar, that's why chicks will have alot of fanart and fanfiction for people like Thane or Garrus, but not...you know, people like Javik or Mordin lol...
More on topic though, I love that they used Vigil's theme. That piece always gives me the chills and it sums up alot of themes within ME like hope, and awe for all the cosmic wonders in the galaxy, all that mushy stuff. And I'm sure they used it to make the point that they want to stick to the core elements that made the trilogy in its essence so damn good.
I'd say Vigil's theme as well as 'Leaving Earth'/"An End for Once and For All" are like, the best compositions in the trilogy's OST #emotions
For any LOTR fans, yo should check out this gorgeous mash up of LOTR and ME's OST.

Great, you've made me start hearing the whole lotr ost again.
I... cannot... resist...
Not even going to lie, I started hyperventilating the moment I recognized New Worlds. And then Vigil started playing. And then all the talk about the new ME and the new IP... plus the DA:I stuff that they showed previously.
BioWare, you are very welcome to my wallet. Please, have all that's in it. All of it. (particularly the coupons I never use)
Or that music's got nothing to do with Vigil, and they're only playing it because every player hears that music before starting the trilogy
the name of the music is Vigil if you don't know
lol
Knew? Yes. Cared? No. Main menu music is main menu music, whether it's also used for a particular ME1 character or not.the name of the music is Vigil if you don't know
lol
As said, it's the musical core theme for Mass Effect in the original game's menu. How bad is it that I now want to start a new game and make a 'Elsa' Shepard? I might have a resistance to Vigil's theme but I'm a sucker for 'Let it Go'.

To be fair the Vigil theme plays when they're discussing the new IP and not ME4.
hahaha
And people who can't let it go will be like:

Honestly, I'm still confused about where the scenes presented switched from ME:N to the new IP. All they showed of the latter was a fairly barren wilderness (Please don't be post-apocalyptic, please don't be post apocalyptic, please don't be post-apocalyptic) and a metal structure that may or may not be scifi.
The new IP is an MMO.

Blegh, I hope not.
The vaguely scifi look of that trailer is draining away my hope for an urban fantasy RPG though.
HOLD THE LINE!!
I still haven't forgotten the Mass Effect 3 Ending...I'll endure... for Shepard.
Refer to my sig.

I think the chances of me playing another MMO are very low. I have WoW (where I have a lot of friends) and SWTOR (which is Star Wars) to fill the gaps between single player games, and zero interest in building up another Legacy, stable of mounts, etc.
Maybe if they came up with an MMO that didn't focus its end-game content on "gear progression" I might pay attention, but otherwise, nah.
That said, I doubt BioWare will be coming out with another MMO any time soon. I don't think SWTOR met their expectations, and many of the big dawgs that worked on it--Ohlen, Ericsson, Karyshyn, and even Zeschuk, wound up leaving the company.
The one scene I think is definitely supposed to be from the new IP shows a futuristic modular shed/shack that could have been pulled straight off of Eden Prime.
what?
Remember me when I asked if you care. lol
Dude, admit, you didn't know. Stop this nonsense.

Agreed. Vigil's theme hooked me immediately. Like you say, it gives me hope that they will stick to the core elements of ME.
