i beat the game once. on my second play its says disc unreadable when i try to enter camp and goes to the dashboard. so i stopped  going to camp and kept on with the story.  now i am unable to go anywhere on the map. everytime i try its says "disc unreadble". i can play other games fine and have replaced the disc  twice. any help?

also tried installing to hardrive.. still doesnt work
