I recently loaded NWN2 back on my computer and downloaded a few mods this time around. I must say I'm quite impressed so far with all the fixes and tweaks out there. I've never seen this game run so smoothly.

 

I have a question though. I don't remember sorcerers getting 7 spells per day. I'm currently doing a playthrough of all the original content and I'm noticing Qara having 7 spells/day. Thinking that perhaps one of the mods I downloaded was causing this, I removed everything ever downloaded including the spellfix dialogue.tlk file—made a sorcerer, leveled it, observed same 7 spell/day progression.

 

Has it always been like that? I remember sorcerers only having 6 spells/day. Even in the NWN2 manual it shows a 6/day progression table for sorcs.

I don't have her stats in front of me, but sorcerers get bonus spells per day based on their charisma scores.

6 per day is the max without counting the charisma score. So yes, more than 6 is possible.

No problem.  It's one of those things that I was making anyway for my own use, and thought other people might find it useful, too.
