I've played this game a bunch of times on the Xbox 360 and PS3.  Although every now and then the game glitches and a line or texture won't load, usually it's not something that's a repeatable glitch.  However, there is one that seems to happen no matter what.  During Miranda's loyalty mission, when you first confront Niket and the Asari he's going to hand Oriana over to, at one point an Asari aide runs away and the one with a shotgun shoots here.  During this time, Niket's mouth is moving as though he is speaking a line, but no line is ever spoken.

 

I was surprised that a Google search turned up nothing on this topic.  Is it just not a big deal, or has no one noticed this glitch up to this point and commented on it, or is it somewhere in between?

All I have ever heard, or seen, is:

 

Niket: Miri?

Enyala: This should be interesting.

I have no idea what he says. You can see him move his mouth after the Asari is shot

I think it is just Niket muttering to himself, or trying to speak but no words come out because he is so shocked at the display of violence in front of him.

Oh my word, now that I've seen it I will never stopping seeing it on subsequent ME2 play throughs. FML.

I thought the same thing myself until I saw this thread and the YouTube vid. His "muttering" starts before the transport officer is killed.
