Actually ME3 had 5, Garrus and Tali can't have romance content unless you romanced them in ME2

 

Anyway, even leaving Kelly out, ME 2 had 6, so DAI should be at least 7? (assuming ME counts, but I think it does, otherwise they would have stopped us already, there's no point in letting us start expecting much more than they're going to give us... if for no other reason, just because who would want to deal with the massive disappointment?
