Humans and elves hold VASTLY different views on the definition of a "high five."

omg

To be honest, I always thought that the story was along the lines of 'There I was, WRIST DEEP, when suddenly the outside wall COLLAPSED', not 'There I was, bruising my partner's poor genitalia.'

Gettin steamy

-gestures frantically at art- Bioware started it!

And small....::faints again::

It could have been a non-elf! Hands are a lot smaller than babies, it's okay! Really!

I believe

Two heterosexual

Four bisexual, two for each gender

Two homosexual

Ah. So everyone should have at least three potential LIs, based on one's orientation?

Thats the idea behind the 2/4/2 thing that some fans have asked for. We do not know if that is what Bioware has done in Inquisition.

The good kind of fainting, or the bad kind of fainting

The squeamish kind of fainting. I'm having fun though...squeamishly.  :P

It could even be talking about a hand stuck in a cookie jar, but we're Bioware fans, dangit- we came by our in-the-gutter minds honestly!

That makes me think of that one comedy sketch where the dude (maybe Will Ferrell? idk) is trying to get the pickle out of the jar and his hand gets stuck and everyone around him is like 'just let go!' and he's like 'NO! PICKLE!'

Catching someone with their hand in a. . . "pickle jar" isn't helping my mind overcome the analogy. Nice try, though! ;) (I think I remember the sketch/scene you're talking about, though.)

The only characters in the inquisition left that I at least might be able to romance and I'm interested in are Cassandra, Dorian, and Cole... maybe Solas. Being that I'm much more interested in women I don't like them making one of the only two attractive women a lesbian. Single tear.

I admit I was a bit surprised and disappointed at first when I heard they were doing away with playersexuality... but the more I think of it, the more I like the set sexuality thing. I think it'll be really interesting. I'm so excited for these characters and romances.

Hey, it happens in real life, too. That developer is much harder to convince to change their product, I'll tell you what. ;) Just make due with the options you DO have!

Yeah, it's kinda prideful to assume that your character is all things to all people. . . except Varric, apparently.

I very much was and am still anti-playersexuality, so this is exactly what I was asking and hoping for. Woot woot

YAY! I do feel like, ultimately, it is best for the narrative. I trust the decision.

Well, if the dame's with Sera, presumably it's not JUST a pickle jar, at least.

The sad irony of it all is that after da2 I was one of the people leading the charge on trying to get them to have different sexualities in this game... and of course it happens in real life, except the difference is that there are more than 12 people in your life in real life and if there aren't you can find more people. The world is full of them.

That's true! Maybe we're meeting another one of Isabella's, erm, contacts.

How much dating would you be able to do while responsible for saving the world?

Personally, saving the world can't be any more time consuming than studying, so I would hope to do a lot

One of my friends and I decided that Hawke's cameo in Inquisition, if they romance Bela, was Bela showing up and seducing the Inquisitor, then Hawke gets mad because they didn't invite her and then they both show up and they've got a bet about who completes the new companions first.

Everything should have a short comedy interlude in the middle of it.
