Yeah, if I'm not feeling better by tomorrow afternoon I'm making an appointment. With something not life-threatening and if I'm unlikely to infect anyone else, though, I figure it's fair to give my immune system a whack at it first. There's a certain amount of Bad Things that you need to go through to keep your immune health up, sort of.

Seriously, though, non-life threatening ailments are better treated with the immune system/ symptom treatment.

We only have that view towards disease, though. "You don't have enough experience being mugged! One day you'll be mugged by a much more experienced mugger than you are a muggee, and boy will your face be red! Now go play in the alley."

mugging TENDS to count as immediately life-threatening tho. like if a mugging were a toothache. those are terrifying because you can wake up 'ow' and be dead by the next day.

I'd rather a healthy adult attempt to beat an illness on their own. Doctors prescribing antibiotics when they're unnecessary (and patients not using them properly) is a problem.

True; however I wouldn't go so far as applying that logic to vaccines, but day to day illnesses? Yeah, we should power through.

Iron Bull's most likely the one for that, due to sex and love being completely separate in the Qun.

I just hope that romance restrictions are not purely gender-based. There should be some restrictions based on class and race too.

Although... a dwarf and a Qunari could be fun :P .

A romance restriction on class could be tricky, though I can see this working between mage and non-mage. It would be pretty weird for a companion to go "Eww you're a rogue. Patoowie!"

So that means we have seven at least? ME3 had 11 or 12 technically, but only seven in the core "squad", so maybe it means eight romances? Good news tho always nice to have more options, just hope they do not do too many and some get kind of left behind like we saw in ME3.

Laidlaw and Darrah only meant DA games, not SWTOR or ME.

The wording though,

I don't think they should ever bother with making a class-specific restriction on romance. There aren't enough of them for that to work.

I'd be more interested in romances locked off not just by gender preference but also actions and demeanor. So if you're character isn't enough of an ass to the world around them, someone might not be attracted to you, or doing a particular thing locks off a romance path with someone because they find it so reprehensible.

When no one is looking they re-enact the Circle of Life scene with Rafiki raising Simba into the air for all of Thedas' creatures to see

I'm impressed. Given how short they are, and how big IB is, the dwarf Inquisitor must have a lot of upper-body strength to lift and hold him like that.

Would laugh if the inquistor can run around banging a bunch of people throughout the story like Geralt from the Witcher.

That would be hilarious, hahaha. Geralt can be played as being a super womanizer or someone who stays faithful, the same thing in DA only not limited to women? Oh I imagine the forums would have a ball. hahaha
