Qunari do practice selective breeding but no they wouldn't breed their females for appearance because there would be no reason to. Qunari don't have sex for pleasure so their would be no need for their females (or their males) to be bread to be more attractive. 

 

Also idk how you think you can breed males to be strong and females  to be pretty in the same species, selective breeding doesn't really work that way.

I wouldn't dare even try to guess what you are role-playing (I kinda value my sanity), but it wasn't me you started arguing with. And if it wasn't clear for you before, I'll try to accommodate to you now: I stated that pretty much everything in fairly human Miranda's face is non-Qunari. And showed you the pictures illustrating the difference.

You can thank Bioware's crappy facial scanning skills for that, I think Allers was the worst though she didn't look anything like Chodebot IMO

1) That's not how genetics or selective breeding work. (if a large muscular man, and a slim short sexy woman had kids, the sons might end up short and slim or the daughters big and beefy, or any combination of the two parents )

 

2) The Qun is about efficiency, and ability to preform tasks. They do not use sex for pleasure and do not feel romantic love. There would be NO reason for them to go out of their way to breed their women to be sexy to humans. They would breed for intelligence, strength, stamina, etc...things that would be useful.
