It also would be after the release of DA:I. As the next major Bioware title on the horizon, it would make sense to start amping up promotion of it once DA:I is out of the gate.

I don't think they'd be ramping up promotion too much, perhaps a teaser and a general release date (e.g. Spring 2016).  Bioware will want to weather the hate-storm for DA:I before they create a new one for Mass Effect.

Probably a few more quotes yet to come, like it will be 'badass' 'amazing' 'innovative' before we get anything concrete .

This seems to be the Bioware way.
