Can't wait to get my renegade shepardhands on Yvonne strahovski, I mean Miranda Lawson, though I like Ashley a lot (she quotes poems, that's hot!) so I will definitley play ME1 again for her and stay in ME2 an eunuch, just for her... how romantic.

poetry is wonderful..and relaxing..and romantic...the fact that Bioware made a character that is rough and yet recites poems is a plus to them..and certainly a different character.

I honestly thought the poetry reciting was silly. And not because I think poetry sucks - I actually rather like it - but because it just seemed silly in the game.



I did like Ashley's attitude, but overall meh...



Same for Liara really. She was nice and cute in an innocent sort of way, but the whole romance consisted of she showing you what Asari are like. Not terribly interesting.



So, on my last playthrough I didn't romance anyone and I plan on just seeing how things go in ME2.



I can say that I'm very interested in Miranda and not just for the obvious reason. She's the Illusive Man's 'inside woman'. Presumably she is supposed to 'handle' Shephard, who is now a Cerberus asset (and a very expensive one I believe), but as in all Bioware games you will have the opportunity to win over her loyalty. Very curious to see how this will play out.

I hate ashley, is racist, very racist, i was with liara, and when u gotta save Kaidan or Ashley, i told her "Fight hard, chief, die pride" or something like that. I HATE THAT NPC!

Speaking as an American: Damn straight! The language is called "English" not "American." Sigh.

More on topic: I don't get all the Miranda bashing. The game's not even out yet, and with only previous and trailers to go by, I think it's pretty presumptuous to make assumptions about her before actually playing the game. Just because I'm an Ashley fan does't mean I have to automatically hate Miranda. But whatever, that's my two cents.
