After watching the E3 Demo, it is apparent that this cult has a very large role in the game. The cultists were able to seize control of Castle Redcliffe, ousting the Guerrrins and greatly shattering the Veil. When I first saw it I thought we were in the Fade. Do they want to merge Thedas with the Fade and rule over this new world? They seem Tevinter in origin, due to the Tevinter banner featured prominently in their strongholds. Are they similar to Aurelian Titus' cult from the comics, or completely seperate faction? Your thoughts and comments please.

To be honest they are nothing new another stupid evil mages that just plead for end of the world because hey summon army of demons seems like a good idea. We had some examples in dao we had many examples in da 2 and we had some in comics. To be honest i would like a little change and got hero antagonist instead just stupid evil mages.

They are some kind of "hunters" at least judging by their names.

During their appearance in the PAX demo last year some of the warriors had combat barks like "He will rise!", which perhaps suggests a connection to an ancient magister or some other Big Bad.
I suspect Dorian is closely tied to the Venatori plot, given they both come from Tevinter.

Well summoning army of demons is stupid not mention that tearing which pretty much = end of the world so it sucks for everyone who isn't demon so it is probably next "mahaha im mage and im evil and i will kill everyobody in the world for the hell of it" or "i want power so i will blow up entire world smart don't you think?"

Thats completely subjective, dont state your own opinions as fact.
If you dont like something, thats fine, but dont insist that something should be changed only because YOU dont like it

Yeah because blowing up entire world including you is smart...
That i don't want another stupid evil villain like in cartoons have prefect sense i don't know like you but i have some requirements when it comes to products.
Except not all of them are mages.
Which doesn't change entire lets destroy the world because we are evil.I rly hope it won't be in case but as far it looks it goes toward bad way like in da 2.

Who said they want to blow up the world? That comment makes no sense, again your comments are just out of spite and your own opinionated ideas about what the cult "should' be like, and its all being said with little to know knowledge of the actual group.
Wait till the game comes out at least, before calling something stupid

open veil and free destructive monster that attack everything they see totally not destroy the world hah even in trailer it is "save world or let it die"... pertty much everything as far they did serves nothing more than "mahah im evil lets summon demons to our world".
As i said i hope it won't be in case but as far everything show it in fact is another group of stupid evil mad mages and we had plenty of those in da 2.

Of course they'd say that, THEIR world would die, that doesnt mean the world will literally die. The Venatori were shown being able to control demons, something that a stupid person wouldnt be able to do. I dont see why taking the world with demons is stupid when they work cohesively, it may be evil and immoral but stupid?
Your leaping to conclusions on based on your observations, but even your own observations are flawed because you didnt see key details that go against your point

eee i was talking about that....
And no open veil spaming with army of demons is stupid evil or just stupid even most powerful blood mages have limit to small number of demons and those weaker in hierarchy.Summoning army of them is just stupid i don't know motives of main villain but as far it let's destroy everything or just outright stupid. As i said they repat few times in trainers either you will save world or it will die (which i fact is logical because in fact tearing would have such effect and pretty much qunari mage that planed destroy world himself tried torn veil so army of demons could burn it).

It was Dorians previous master that was in control of Redcliffe during the demo. So I would say that it is pretty much certain by now, that Dorian is closely tied to the Venatori.

Hmm, is there anyone on BSN who wants the Inquisition to support the Venatori?

It's kind of hard to tell, considering we know nothing about them.

We really don't know much about them. But seeing the Inquisitor attacking the Grey Wardens, makes me ponder if we can ally ourselves with them later down the road. Who knows. I definitely think Dorian knows about them. His old master was the one in command of them at Redcliffe Castle.

Those arent the motives of the Venatori so just blatantly saying they are with no information beyond the knowledge that they can summon demons, is ignorant. You dont know the motives of this cult or what their plan is at all yet you just jump to the conclusion that their plan is "Stupid Evil", your entire criticism is by definition based on your ignorance of the groups goals.
The fact that they can control demons should be a clear sign that they wont be killed by them and what information are you going on to make the leap in logic that they want to destroy the world?

Almost every blood mage can control demons but only small numbers of them and weaker in ranks. Torning veil is is suicidal there is no power that allow you control entire army of demons unless they would bring out creature like demon king or lord.Pretty much as trailers said many times eh i won't repeat it...
Torning the veil is stupid unless you are demon that would have sense.
But i see that you are ignoring what i say i don't know their plan but if it involves riping veil it is suicadal and stupid not mention that i said i hope it isn't in case but as far it seems to be which you as well ignore. As far it seems that it is repat from da 2...
