The AMD FX 6200 isn't really an upgrade from your i5, if anything, it's probably a downgrade. Also, you could have just overclocked your i5 to get even more juice out of it.
I say you won't need any thing more then a I3 and gtx 750 ti 2 gb card 6 gb ram to run it on ultra specs
Sure. Maybe on 1280x720 resolution. With the GTX 750 ti. I'm sure you can run it low, medium and high on certain settings for 1080p for 30fps. I mean I'm able to play X-Com enemy Within on 1920x1080 with everything set low, 1 medium and texture as High and I'm able to play it no problem with only my i7-3770 intel HD 4000 onboard graphic card. I'm also managed to play many other games(Simcity, The SIm 3, Portal 2, Minecraft, Divinity Original Sin, Mass Effect, Dragon Age Origin, Banished etc) with my other low end dedicated card GT 430 with non, low, medium and high settings and maybe a lower resolution. It's manageable if you want to sacrifice the graphics just a bit and enjoy the game play instead. I have not try playing Mass Effect 2 or 3 on it(GT 430) since I use to have the HD 3850 and gave it to my nephew's built. Not planning on getting a new card when DAI comes out. The only game that I know of ran into problem was Witcher 2. Even on everything low and low resolution the game still ran horribly for some reason. Could be Witcher 2 game engine or the driver for the game doesn't work well with the Gt 430.
I mean look here. This guy managed to play BF4 with medium settings with the GT 630. This is a GT NOT a GTX. But he does have a little help with the i5 3470. People need not to worry too much. Try with what you have when the game comes out. If you are not happy with it than spend that money for a better video card.

I could run BF4 (single player) on my i5 2x2gb 650M SLI 6gb RAM laptop. No overclocking, 1080, high. It was smooth ~40-45 FPS gameplay. Not 60, sure, but pretty much playable.
If DAI is anything like BF4 (and also optimized well), it does not seem to be that resource-hungry. But we will only know it for sure once they release it.
...gtx 750 ti 2 gb card 6 gb ram to run it on ultra specs
Nah, I think your guess might be a little too high. I bet it will take a 1.5 Gb graphics card and 4 GB of RAM for ultra-resolution. While consoles boast about being next generation, the reality is that they are last generation's computers. I bet the system specs will be conservative. 'Skyrim' and 'Bioshock: Infinity's' specs are the key.
Most pc-gamers will be playing "Dragon Age: Inquisition" on a 1440 x 900 (or less) resolution monitor.

Skyrim with or without ENB and High Resolution Textures? That's a huge difference.
And I guess most players will use 1920 x 1080 as resolution.
I have a i3 4130 evga gtx 750 ti 2gb card 6 gb ddr 3 ram my cpu is place holder till the new broadwell line comes out
Don't even bother with the Broadwell chipset. It's going to be just around 5% improvement and you will need a motherboard replacement like the Z97 just for it. You are better off upgrading to a better video card if you are just gaming.
