thank y'all. a physically active job isn't a problem. i'm very active at panera because they have me working 4-5 positions at once and usually it's over 8 hours on my feet. i do stock work too and i've started power lifting, so weight definitely isn't a problem.
however, i just decreased my availability with panera and have three days off now instead of two and i'm much happier. i don't feel like i'm drowning anymore. i also told my dad i didn't think i could survive here unless i had something outside of a shitty job and he helped me get enrolled with the NASM, so i'll be getting certified to be a personal trainer soon.
i would have been enrolled in october with the cost paid upfront, but again, got kicked out of my residence and the moved cost me all $1000 i'd saved up for classes.
